A: If you have a Kitchequip Credit Account with us you can still shop online. Simply at the checkout click the Credit Account Holder Invoice Me box and an Invoice will be sent to you in the usual manner. Please make sure you complete the Purchase Order Number, ordered by and delivery address boxes in full to aid us.

A: We can recommend our sister company CSI to do this for you. We can arrange this or feel free to contact them directly on 0845 527 6777. N.B: Kitchequip will undertake the installation of equipment supplied but reserves the right to instruct or employ a sub-contractor of its choice for that purpose. b) Installation of equipment supplied is not included in the quotation unless expressly stated therein. c) Where goods or equipment supplied by Kitchequip have been installed by the Company the customer will be required to sign a completion or commissioning certificate confirming that the installation has been carried out to his satisfaction. If after the completion of the installation the customer shall refuse to sign such a certificate it shall be deemed that the installation has been carried out in a satisfactory manner. d) The Company will not be responsible for faults resulting from the incorrect installation of equipment by the customer or its representatives or agents. In such a case it is the customer's responsibility to commission and test the installation and to arrange at the customer's cost for any faults to be rectified.

A: The customer has the right to cancel within seven working days for most goods, excluding bespoke items. This period runs from the day after the day of delivery for goods. All returns are subject to authorization by Kitchequip and the manufacturer. Any goods to be returned must be unused and still in the original packaging. Any goods not meeting these criteria will not be able to be returned. In all cases when an item is returned there will be a re-stocking charge (amount to be confirmed at time of return) and all returns must be done within twenty four hours of the delivery and will need written confirmation of the above points by the client. If any of these points are not met the item will not be able to be returned. You may normally cancel your purchase prior to the item being delivered subject to that item not having been dispatched. There may however be a cancellation fee in some cases. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

A: All online orders under £250.00 exc. VAT are subject to a carriage and packing charge of £12.95 exc. VAT Online orders over £250.00 will be delivered free of delivery charge to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Any deliveries going to Highlands and Islands around the UK and Eire please contact us on 01704 535577 to arrange delivery and to inform you of the delivery charge.

A: Extra services such as unpacking and positioning of products as well as disposal of the old unit may be available. If you are interested in this service on the product you are looking at please contact the sales office for details. Delivery as standard is curb side to a ground floor site. In most cases this will be between the hours of 8.30am and 6pm and will be on a normal working day (this does not include unpacking and positioning). Larger items may be delivered on a pallet and will need to be removed by site, dimensions shown for the products are for the unit itself and do not include packaging.

A: VAT stands for value added tax, which is charged on goods sold by Kitchequip.co.uk within the European Union (EU). In accordance with the laws governing members of the EU, Kitchequip.co.uk is obliged to charge VAT on all orders delivered with the United Kingdom. The Price displayed for goods sold by Kitchequip.co.uk are exclusive of UK VAT. However, your final price that you the customer pay will include 20% VAT.
